George began in the Dealer/Fabrication segment from 1983 until 1988 when he started in the Rep Business. He is a Principal with Equipment Solutions, Inc. and has served as past President of MAFSI Region 5 from 2000 - 2002 and on the National Board of Directors MAFSI (Marketing Agents Food Service Industry) 2003 - 2005. He completed his CPMR certification at Arizona State University in 2000; CFSP

Bill Stat
Bill has a unique understanding of the industry as a result of his working at all levels of the foodservice industry, including: Restaurant Management and Foodservice Equipment Dealer Sales. A Manufacturers Representative since 1986, Bill formed his own firm in 1988 and is now a Principal with Equipment Solutions, Inc. As a member of MAFSI since 1989 Bill served as President of the Region 5 Chapter from 1993 to 1994 and on the National Board from 1995 to 1996; CFSP

John Coates
John first started in Operations in 1979 managing a commissary operation for a regional restaurant chain. He worked in restaurant management until 1989 when he moved to the Dealer/Fabrication segment from 1989 to 1997. He has been in the Manufacturer’s Representative business since 1997 and is a Principal with Equipment Solutions, Inc.

Chester Gibson
Chester started in the industry as a dealer salesman at John G Kolbe Company in 1988 covering the state of Virginia. From 1991 through 2004, he was with Swartz Restaurant Equipment Company as Vice President working in all segments of Foodservice Equipment: Furniture, Fabrication, Refrigeration, Design, Ventilation, and Dish rooms. In 2004, Chester brought his extensive end user background to Equipment Solutions covering Southern Virginia.
